I specialise in experienced, qualified injury rehabilitation (BSc) and strength performance, and prioritise coaching correct movement patterns to get the most out of your training. With this bespoke approach and encouraged progressive loading- results are guaranteed.
Personally, I'm a national level track and field athlete and Athletic Development Coach. Training and coaching to a high level has given me the skills to focus on improving the fine details to help maximise your potential.
